Items required for a successful Sausage Sizzle

• Sausages

• Bread Rolls

• Sliced Onions

• Oil (we recommend Canola Oil)

• Sauces     (Tomato, BBQ, Mustard, Sweet Chilli)

• Drinks. Choose a variety, including Coke, Coke Zero Sugar, Solo, Sunkist Lemonade and Bottled Water. (usually supply 75% the number of drinks compared to the number of hot dogs you are catering E.g.: catering for 500 hotdogs (purchase 375 drinks).

• Ice

• Large Esky’s 

• Napkins

• Tongs

• Spatula

• Knife or Scissors (for separating the sausages)

• Foil Trays

• Aluminium Foil

• Paper Towel

• Disposable Food Handling Gloves

• Disposable Plastic Aprons

• Hand Sanitiser

• Cooking Oil

• Cleaning spray (Spray & Wipe, etc.)

• Sponges or Cloth Wipes (similar to Chux Wipes)

• Large Rubbish Bags (Bunnings require all rubbish to be removed from site on completion of BBQ)

• Outdoor Broom/Dustpan and Brush

• Cash Float (make sure that you have plenty of change to get you through the day and a secure device for storing the money you collect).
